To accelerate the development of an emerging group of both business and public sector leaders in Zambia, TLB is drawing from a non-partisan community of citizens across different sectors to create The Leadership List. We aim to train and develop a minimum of 100 000 high-performing leaders across different sectors to support the growth of the next generation of leaders in Zambia.
Through TLB’s Transformational & Servant leadership programs we want to transform the perceptions of leadership in Africa to that of ethical servant leaders who empower others to bring about change in their environment.

Over and above face-to-face training, experiential learning journeys are the cornerstone of our approach. TLB learning happens in context, in the real world. Our methodology is learner-centred, participatory, dynamic, and fun! TLB’s innovative method is to allow Fellows to learn in an environment where the actions they take have real implications and results within communities, businesses, or organizations that they are engage with. We offer our own designed training programs, but we are also able with our skilled teams to custom make programs to suit your needs.

TLB training programmes are comprehensive yet designed with great simplicity to facilitate learning. Qualified trainers with extensive experience deliver TLB’s innovative curriculum to give individuals, businesses, organisations, and communities tangible results. Our participants engage in 3 learning dimensions based on a Classic Framework of knowledge, skills, and self-awareness. While all three dimensions are important, self-awareness is most essential for effective Transformational Servant leadership training.

This programme is designed to empower teachers, guidance counsellors, local community leaders, youth leaders and even faith leaders on leadership values, social change, civic responsibility, and resourcefulness. The programme is designed to build capacity in facilitating leadership and life skills programs in each trainer’s spheres of influence.
